Welcome to TrichShot

Your hand awareness companion

What is Trichotillomania?

Trichotillomania (trich) is a body-focused repetitive behavior where individuals feel an urge to pull out their hair, often from the scalp, eyebrows, or eyelashes.

How TrichShot Helps

TrichShot uses your camera to track your hands in real-time. When your hands enter a customizable "danger zone" near your face, the app alerts you:

  • Visual alerts on screen
  • Optional audio notifications
  • Session tracking and statistics

By increasing awareness of unconscious hand movements, TrichShot helps you break the automatic cycle and build healthier habits.
